New day, new commitment

Yesterday was a day of recommitment for me.  I have been wayyy off track with my diet and exercise and several of my business practices.  It is always so much easier to lose a habit than create it, to lose fitness than to build it.  A couple of weeks ago I read this:

Do you need to get back on track?
Start now. Recommit today.
Drink water like it's your job.
Plan every meal.
Eat. Don't compensate overeating by starving.
Review your food journal.
Move. Sweat. Feel fatigue, welcome soreness.
Don't let a bad week turn into a bad month.
Start now.

It has been simmering in my subconscious and I decided yesterday was the day to take action. I started my food journaling, went to a Weight Watchers meeting, went for a two mile walk with Coco, ate sensibly, drank plenty of water, and got to bed earlier.  I started using a nasty-tasting nail polish so I won't bite my nails.  I made lead generation calls, sent thank you notes, posted marketing ads, and caught up on some long overdue filing.  And today I am blogging.
