Gentrification...I like that word

I got on here to blog about shortbread but that will have to wait for another time.  When I log in I see posts by other bloggers that I follow. Riding In Reno (which I recommend!) posted about The Depot in downtown Reno.  I hadn't heard about it but it sounds like just the sort of place I'd like! 

The owners have brought new life to the old train depot on 4th Street.  From the video posted on RIR, which I'm reposting here, it looks like they are doing everything right!  Check out their website to see their menu.
