I wore heels to work today. Low heels. Only about an inch or so high. But I could still feel it in my ankles and shins after the half marathon on Saturday. And as I was poking around on FaceBook earlier I found a poster that shows how heels affect your posture, knees, calf muscles and Achilles tendons, among other things.
